GOALS & DREAMS:
- Horton has always dreamed of having a family. He's a hopeless romantic, so he fantasizes about having many children and living out in the countryside with a rocking chair and his dream woman.
- While still at Hogwarts, Horton was quite good at Quidditch and was considering perhaps joining a professional team like his mother, but the sport lost its appeal to him in seventh year.
- Someday, he would like to become a teacher at Hogwarts, if it ever opens again.
- For now, the war is taking up everyone's time, so he's putting everything else on hold. He is on the side of the Old Radicals, and he strongly believes in equal blood rights, but one of his dreams is a peaceful wizarding community without a need for war at all.
FEARS:
- Horton used to be terrified of the garden gnomes that lived in his mother's begonias, as they would tease and bite and kick him. However, his dad quickly showed him how to get rid of them, and now he only winces slightly when he sees one.
- All through his childhood and Hogwarts years, Horton was afraid of large crowds of other children, or, for that matter, people in general. He is a bit claustrophobic, and hates having to navigate crowded places and the feeling of being lost. Now that he is an adult, that fear has mostly subsided.
- Because of his large family, Horton is seldomly alone and is very afraid of losing a loved one. That is why he is also afraid of wars and is currently laying low.
STRENGTHS:
Horton is very respectful and kind to almost everyone, when he can get up his nerve to talk to them. He will do whatever is asked of him without hesitation and is extremely loyal. He's also a hard worker and never leaves anything half-finished. Horton is trustworthy and polite, as well as being pretty optimistic.
WEAKNESSES:
Though being trusting is usually a virtue, Horton has way too much faith in others which is a definite disadvantage in a time of war. He is also painfully shy and can come across as unsociable and cold. Horton will almost never start a conversation, even with close friends or family. He's hopeless at small talk and isn't good at making friends. Horton also isn't that clever, and is fairly gullible.
